          Node Type Attribute is Missing in UCMDB Inventory Report and Node Type Values are Reflecting under Cabinet or Board Type attribute.

          Missing Attribute in Cabinet/Shelf/Board Report
          1. Node Type.
          2. Cabinet/Board/Shelf DSN missing.
          3. Cabinet/Shelf/Board type values are missing & replaced by Node type

            added nodeType, Dump SN missing columns,
            fixed Cabinet/Board/Shelf type values.
            fix will be applied once patch 5.0.0.7 is released.
