Encountered an issue in the NEP GUI related to "ongoing action in progress." Upon reviewing the server log from yesterday.
After further investigation, I noticed that a single XML file was hit multiple times. Below are the details and highlighted errors:
• The following error was also identified in the logs:
ORA-00001: unique constraint (KSA_TEMP_PROD.SYS_C0024146) violated
• The first XML process started at 2025-01-08 13:06:33 and completed at 2025-01-08 16:45:10,914 with the log entry:
"End Import Process in version: NEC_FULL_XML"
• During the period, the same XML was triggered 2-3 additional times by the user .

For your reference, I have attached the server log from yesterday.
Could you kindly review it and share your insights on resolving this issue?

We released a patch to check the issue and waiting for the feedback.
@Ahad, if any XML Import was done yesterday and same occurred, please provide us full server logs in order to check
It seems the issue is resolved as XML import completing normally , I just have one observation which I shared with Mustapha also that during large XML import which was completed in 12hrs , when I opened the remote machine to cehck the status there is a pop up notification already there "ongoin action in progress" when I close that the import window updated to End XML import , and further I cehcked there is no ongoing action in progress.

After checking logs, we found that import was completed without any issue.
The ongoing action you observed was during the import which is a normal behavior during the import process.
Therefore, the issue is solved
