IP data not parsing for NGN nodes

          Description

          It is found that, IP data for various NGN nodes are not getting parsed to NEP. These IPs were already available for these Nodes. But now the IPs are available without NEs. SS are provided.

          NGN XML is also added.

            Dear @Aurobinda,

            As you can see below, after reload data is now fine and IP "10.192.10.6" is assigned now to its respective interface "FETH 0/0/1/1/0":
