Description
Dear Khaled,
we are facing an Error: NepApprovalServiceGateway when trying to open Jordan WF.
kindly check and share the RCA.

The issue was resolved by manually editing the CSV file. A more permanent solution is required at the code level to handle cases where the CSV file does not adhere to the expected format.

After deploying the patch 3.7.1. 654, kindly try to import the corrupted csv on the test platform using the automated csv import and make sure that the server doesn’t go down.

Dear Wilfred,
This issue occurred because the description continued onto the next line. When trying to import, it will be considered the next line as a new item and causing an exception. To avoid this, you need to adjust the CSV by removing the Unix line breaks, ensuring each description is on a single line.
