OSP connection issue

          Description

          Data is not reflecting while opening OSP connection for this node.It showing as shown below.

            Data is not reflecting for the nodes reported ("XO82_OOOO_0000_AP","XO82_02_AN600017_OLT_ODF") because there is No OSP Connections on their level as checked from DB

            In addition, a bug was found with the panel form, and it was fixed in release: 3.7.0.1260 and it will be shown in the attached snapshot even if there is no data:
