Description
We have an xml import problem on AZRC platform where most import parameters are assigned a false value
This was first checked with @Driss Chibane, as usually these parameters are typically read from the nep-import-params.properties, but the file didn’t exist in the first place, therefore, we added the file with required parameters values we needed and modified the importer-config.xml, but wrong values are still being used and were not read from the file.
We need an L3 resource to check where is the import process retrieving these parameters if not from the file nep-import-params.properties

Dear Team,
The issue was identified to be related to the autoimporter. As a result, we have implemented the necessary fix in the AI package and committed the changes.
Kindly apply the patch "3.7.71.80.445" and confirm whether the issue is resolved on your end.

Fixed after above patch and we are able to import the xml automatically by excluding some params

I have added some logs, after applying the patch please try to import again and share the server logs.
