Following up on the node deletion issue, I have been able to successfully delete IY90_01_AN5231_BONT. However, I am still encountering the same problem when attempting to delete or edit XA42_01_AN5231_BONT.

This indicates that the underlying issue is not specific to a single node and requires a more comprehensive solution.

Therefore, I request that the NEP support team investigate and resolve this issue in relation to all nodes that might be affected, rather than focusing solely on individual cases.
Specifically, we need a solution that addresses:

• The root cause: Identify why nodes become locked or inaccessible for deletion and editing.
• A general fix: Implement a fix that prevents this issue from recurring across all nodes.
• A method to correct already affected nodes: A way to unlock or fix current nodes that are exhibiting the issue.

Please provide an update on your investigation and the proposed resolution as soon as possible.

1. Node Deletion and Editing Issues:
o We are unable to delete certain nodes.
o We are also unable to access the "EDIT Properties" and "Physical Configuration" for these nodes.
o Specifically, the node IY90_01_AN5231_BONT is experiencing this problem.

2. Optical Splitter Physical Display Issues:
o The physical configuration of some optical splitters is displaying as blank, regardless of their model.
o Examples of these splitters include:
 SAN1_OOOO_FD
 IX02_OOOO_FD
 QHT1_OOOO_FD
 IX79_OOOO_FD
 DNK1_OOOO_FDH
