Description
Customer is complaining that NEP doesn't allow to edit (change name, change ID) on CPE routers if it is configured on a service account.
with error ServiceAcciyntNE Relation already in use
the customer has to do
1. Remove the configured service account
2. Then save it
3. Then do the edit on CPE router
4. Then re add the service account.
5. Then Save It
Customer is asking for a solution to be able to edit directly as it is problematic situation for him
Could you please provide timeline?
Please note that needed changes are done.
