Description
Frequent disconnection for NEP Client prod.
Lately we have been facing a common issue for all NEP Client users where they are facing disconnection of the session from Citrix Client and application shuts down , upon escalationto L3 team , they have requested to provide Client debug logs which require us to enable a custom configuration in the java console settings of the Citrix app [ since NEP is a java client this is similar to enabling web inspect for browsers ] .
To proceed with this issue debugging we require an approval from Infra team Mr. @Dhafir Saif Hammad Alkalbani to allow enabling this function for a specific set of users temporarily to allow us to capture the required logs in order to resolve the issue
