Description
We are unable to download the Transmission Links Report in multiple circles, such as MU and RJ, and are receiving the error shown below.
Additionally, the Insert Date and Updated Date filters are not functioning in the same report.

checked the issue on prod and checking issue at local doesnt exist on local checking logs

checking date filters not able to find the cause arrayindexout error in ui fixed nullpointer of report waiting to test on dev platform..checked on dev got another exception handling that too..working on filters
