we have implemented Site ID creation rule for all circle and now we can get Site ID along with its GPS value for all nodes, and DUMMY site will be least available in all circles. Now for any swapping, migration or change scenario if node name or cell name will change then site id and GPS value will also change. But as per our NEP logic Site ID will not change as it is not dummy and we will not able to know if Site ID is changed for any node or not. This will cause wrong site id mapped in NEP and can be the cause of escalation from customer.
2. Requirement Specifications and algorithms

Below are the cases to resolve the issue:
Case 1: Changed Site ID report
To resolve the issue, first we need to know which Site ID are changed with respect to node id and node name for all type of node (BTS, enodeb gnodeb and sranbs).
So we need list of nodes along with their type where Site ID are changed from previous day with old site id and new site id so that we can verify the same and work on automation for changed site id.
Report will be generated like given below format and this report will be created based on node ID as Node id will be unique in these conditions.
• Report will contains last 15 days Site ID for the node ID along with date
• Only that node will be included in report, which has different site id as compare to last day and and will be available in report till next 15 days.
• If any Site ID is changed on 1st day and it remains same for 7 days (changed Site ID), need to change Site ID as new Site ID for that node id through script or automation.

Case 2: Site ID validation Report

We need a report where we can validate If the correct site id is created in NEP or not, for that we need to do validation of site created in cell reports (2G cell report, 4G cell Report and 5G cell Report) with respect to a customer CBS file after matching with Node name and Cell name.

Customer CBS data will have many columns but we need some of them, screenshot are given below for the same

We need to check Site ID available in cell report (2G, 4G and 5G) of NEP by comparing with CBS data, which will be available in certain path and need to do validation like given below points:

1. From NEP Cell Report Use Cell Name and map it with all OEM CBS Cell Name for respective technology (2G, 4G and 5G) and circle and get Current Tech Id as Site ID.
2. From NEP Cell Report Use Node Name for that cell to cross check and map it with all OEM CBS Tech ID or Current 4G Site Name for respective technology (2G, 4G and 5G) and circle and get Current Tech Id as Site ID.
3. Compare Site ID got from Step 1 and step 2 and make remark as given below :

Case 3: GPS latitude and longitude validation Report

As we are having GPS latitude and GPS longitude value for every node and cells we have and as per customer we have to check and provide report for GPS latitude and longitude value where its value are changed and not available in NEP so we need 2 reports for GPS data also with given below scenario
1) We need to check and compare data for GPS latitude and GPS longitude value every day and we have to publish a report where GPS latitude and longitude value are changed from last day (Both or anyone) and data should be available for last 15-20 days with given below format:
