As discussed with L3, VRF data has been added for UGW nodes to Loopback Report in XML.

Updated the logic for Route Domain details in the XPIC Data fixer and Touch Data fixer. Modified the data-fixing conditions from the XML to correctly use the route name instead of incorrectly setting the node ID.
