Description
I attempted to import an XML file on platform .102. The process started and was in progress, but during the report saving stage, a pop-up appeared with the message “connection refused”. When I tried to reconnect, the connection was restored after 2–3 minutes.
However, upon checking the import status, I noticed that the process had not completed, and the data was not updated in NEP. Currently, there is no visible progress regarding the XML import.

Kindly note that the issue has been resolved, and a patch Is needed kindly apply and verify.
Patch NB : 3.7.0.1347.
