update Mobile flow to bypass SSE team GTM1468

          Description

          I need your support please to have some discussion regarding the current mobile flow. For any mobile request in general I need to go directly to TAS team ( no need to come to SSE) as nothing to be done from our side and just wasting time.

          In summary any mobile request directly from account manager to TAS team.
