Dear @Priyasha Tiwari,
As discussed, the issue observed for the shared sample DLUBR50374 is due to the change in the objectID prefix from _DL to _UBR_DL in the XML. Consequently, the node is not being updated, and no NEID is reflected in the objectId column.
As agreed, this can be resolved by deleting the old UBR entries and re-importing them.
