getFFMSNetworkDetails Missing Exchange Code

          Description

          While the below subscriber has a valid service trail , NEP is not passing the exchange code in the request to FFMS, hence the order creation in FFMS is failing for the past

          Please do not add the exchange in service trail lookup , the logic for fetching the exchange code for fiber trail should be corrected.

            this ticket is not a bug, we are fetching exchange code from subscriber level where exchange was not initially saved on subscriber.
            Yassin asked to fetch exchange code from trails as a second priority, so this ticket to be converted as requirement tuning.
