XML IMPORT AND VALIDATION FROM PROD DATA AND CUSTOMER CONFIRMATION

changed code to skip the bandwidth validation for old cell testing it

omanworkspace similar,trying a approach for cell deletion discuss with bessem not right fix asked to check bandwidth deletion and updation code and releated checking that and thinking skipping the validation

i have generated xml on .177 for Airtel_4G import issue_All Prod and shared on mail .

Found the issue caused by validation checking all the cell bandwidth not even present in xml of those also discuss with bessem told to check omanworkspace for probable fixes and changes

new sample case shared with team.

i have given some tables permission to dev team .

tested the 4 scenerios of bandwith by chnging role4g to 15,adding to 15,removing 15 from cell in the xml importing and updating observance and mailed same observance to telco
