Validate the issue and found it got partially resolved and raised with L3 again and update the customer as well

Execute the script and check the log for sync related issue then shared log to L3.

Asked the L2 to apply the script and did validate the same after execution

Troubleshoot for workflow related issue on kuwait test platform, while troubleshoot re-applied the patch but didn't work then apply full delivery patch but didn't work then copy complete package from prod then try and then apply pending patches but didn't work then change in configuration prod db then it's start work, once it's up then again switch to test db server then now it's working.

make script and schedule for transfer db dump from prod to test.

Import the db on test platform which was exported from prod and during import get datafile related issue which fixed.
