          The given CSV Nokia Lic file does not contain BSC/RNC licenses information. We would need to include BSC/RNC lic details to be included in the dump file as well for FRS Creation.

          It contains node level Lic details but node names are NOT present in the file. This is consistent with the other Zain deployments; we are only parsing Licenses at BSC/RNC level. ( Maybe its limitation of Nokia system that they can’t provide node names for node level licenses ).

          So to conclude, we need to have BSC/RNC Lic information to be included in the CSV file & then we could consume by writing new FRS.
