XMLs are now imported normally on .14

Dear @Diana,

As you know after patch (Patch is needed: 3.7.1.625) applied on .14 still we are facing an issue to import the XML on .14.

Please suggest about same.

The import process is currently failing due to a connection issue with WF, which is not required for ZAIN KSA. Previously, imports were successfully processed when WF was Up on .14, although this configuration should not have been the case.
We handled the case so imports will now proceed successfully when WF is down, provided that the "Approval Process" is set to "false" in the "nep-server-config.xml" file.
For Better validations, create a new version and try the import again.
Patch is needed: 3.7.1.625

As suggested, I initiated an XML import (File Name: 2024-11-22-10.34.50_ZainKsa) on the .14 server under version “Actual” (created by @Ahad Siddiqui). Unfortunately, the import failed with the following error:

“Import ended with an internal exception error.”
