Description
We have tried to import the XML in NEP .14 server, but not imported & its going end up in just 7 min.
Further we have checked error report, NE ID wrong format error is showing as shown in below.
Kindly get check & resolve the issue, error report & XML attached for your reference.

Dear Azmat,
This error occurred because the NE ID format was incorrect based on the validation. However, the validation has been removed, as was previously done in OMANTEL.
Patch is needed: 3.7.1.633.
Moreover, make sure to check NEID checkbox in the catalog before importing.
