Need To Fix Duplicate Serial Numbers In Nodeboards_Nokia

        Description

        Dear @Dharmendra Patel,

        As discussed, we are encountering an issue with duplicate serial numbers in the dump. The list is attached here and is also available on JIRA for your reference.

        Please ensure that each duplicate serial number is parsed only once for the same node and board. However, if the serial numbers are duplicates across different nodes, they should be
        parsed accordingly.

        I am attaching here sheet of serial numbers, call me directly if you need any further support (I will explain you about attached sheet).

        Here same serial numbers are coming for same node multiple time so you will parse it only one time.
