Description
Hello @Khalid khalil,
Please assign resource to check that why cabinets, shelfs, boards and boards serial numbers are not parsing in NEP for few cases while data are available in XML.
Please find the attached sheet of cabinets, shelves & boards & boards serial numbers which are not parsing in NEP while all data is available in XML.
I have checked all data of catalog i.e. okay and there is no any error showing in Network Report Importers related to this.
All require SS is attaching for your reference for example of one cabinet, shelf & board which is showing in SS.

I am currently unable to access the UAT platform (an email has been sent to @Navneet regarding this).
VPN connection issue is solved now,
But still NEP access is not possible neither .14 nor UAT & RDP.
while access through UAT an error pop up is showing "Connection refused testing connection is failed" and connection is not restoring.
while access through RDP an error pop up is showing "The connection was denied because the user account is not authorised for remote log-in".
Now I am able to access VPN & NEP, and started an import XML for first ZKU-27 on UAT.
But there is an error, as given below:

Dear Integration, could you please check this issue..
Yesterday, I imported XML (2024-11-07-12.00.45_ZainKsa.rar) on .14 but it was not completed due to an error "Internal Exception"
Then I imported the same XML on UAT yesterday evening and now the same error is showing here also.
As per @Diana mail there is some parameter related to WF approval which should be false as per her mail.
Could you please check and confirm on @Diana mail

Last time XML (2024-05-30-11.24.40_ZainKsa) was imported on UAT on 05-11-2024 with the help of @Azmat because my VPN was not working.
When i checked this XML has been imported or not there is no any report related to this, it means it was not imported successfully.
Now, it is depend on ZKU-79 as XML import is getting failed on UAT.
We are currently conducting a fresh audit for ZAIN-KSA, focusing on Nokia_RAN (Dump, XML, and NEP data validation) including inventory & licenses. As suggested by @Ahad, the old JIRA will be addressed as part of this ongoing audit.
Therefore, I am proceeding to close the old JIRA after confirmed with @Ahad.
As Im Connected to same 3X Schema, and import was done successfully on my test version (Having same catalog), I asked Indrassan to Re-Import same XML Again and wait for the result...
