          @sandya : for NEType="MGW" , there is a board with BoardName="POWER_SWITCH" for that Subrack is mentioned as 40 but in subrack class there is no subrack with SubrackNo as 40 , so KSA confirms to take create subrack.

          so for NEType="MGW" with valid subrack class , please also create a subrack with index 40 and shelf type as Dummy_40

          More than 60% of the dumps available on the CORE dumps folder are related to virtual nodes and they doesn’t contain any inventory except the node name, node type and software version.
