          Dear @Juned Ali,

          Could you please review the following points and regenerate the Nokia Full XML using the inventory and LIC dump?

          1. In the "nelicense" section, only RNC data is appearing, while BSC is showing as NA.
          2. Additionally, the RNC node IDs are incorrect. Could you please verify the rule in the FRS? Based on my assessment, renaming the LIC file may resolve the issue as we did same in Huawei case.

          Please find the attached updated FRS for Nokia_LIC regarding 3G to parse LIC details from the .csv file (LIC dump), which is also included here.

          @Navneet Kaur, @Ahad Siddiqui - for 4G and 5G, the customer has shared a .csv file for the LIC dump; however, the Node ID details are missing in the sheet. This will need to be clarified with the customer.

          All identified issues have been raised to the customer. For the remaining data, everything has been verified and is correct in the dump/XML/NEP.
