Dear @Bassem Sabbagh,

I hope this message finds you well.

Could you please advise who can support with the issue mentioned below, @Khalid or @Hassan?

Regarding the physical report related to the cabinet, shelf, or board, the node type SRANController is not available. As a result, I am unable to check the status of the physical elements concerning these SRANController nodes, and no errors are being displayed for this node.

Note: Reharding SRANController nodes are not showing correctly under SRANController report I have already shared a JIRA ZKU-209.

For your reference, I am sharing a snippet below where you can see that the SRANController node is not listed under the physical data.

Thank you for your assistance.

Best regards,
Indrasan

Subject: Re: Node Type SRANController Not Available Under Possible Node Type In Physical_Huawei || ZKU-213 ||

Dear Indrasan,

I am wondering why this issue is highlighted now and not earlier.

This issue is an application issue like any other NEP issue and should be reported to Dr. Khaled as you used to do since long time.

Is there anything special in this issue?

Have you noticed this issue when you did the first iteration of Data validation after xml import?

Thanks,

Dear @Bassem Sabbagh,

The issue was not highlighted earlier because the parsing was initially done under BSC, where no problems were encountered. However, we are now parsing these three nodes under the SRAN controller.

During the first import, we were uncertain whether the XML was imported successfully. As you know, the ongoing progress was interrupted by integration issues.

Upon performing the second import and validating the data in NEP, we observed that the SRANController nodes are not being displayed correctly. A JIRA (ZKU-209) has already been created to address this issue.

Additionally, for the physical configuration of these three nodes, the node type "SRANController" is missing from the possible node types, as shown in the snippet I shared in my previous email.

Please let me know if you need any further clarification.

Best regards,
Indrasan

Dear @Khaled Khalil@Khaled Khalil,

Could you please assign a DEV resource to check this issue as explained in this mail.

LS-26 is fixed and it will be available in patch 3.7.1.637

Comment by Indrasan Yadav [ 18/Dec/24 ]

Patch 3.7.1.637 has been deployed.

Now, require data is showing in existing data in NEP without XML import again.

Now, we are closing this JIRA as issue has been fixed.

Comment by Indrasan Yadav [ 20/Dec/24 ]

I am unable to close this JIRA, please close if anyone can do this.

Dear @Bassem Sabbagh,

I am unable to close JIRA LS-26, which has already been fixed, as the close option is not visible. I have checked with @Ahad Siddiqui, @Navneet Kaur, and @Khaled Khalil, and they are also unable to close it.

Could you kindly look into this and close the issue?

Best regards,
Indrasan
