After review the ticket the issues I found the next,

Taking MRBTS-15142_10 as sample then checking the Radio Antenna type assigned to.

The name of the type is SingleAntennaDevice .

Moreover I checked the Xml imporeted and search for the same sample from the db then take the radioAntennaType (IJ)

Cheking the type showing the id is SingleAntennaDevice.

So if you check in the catalog for the type MRBTS-15142_6 will show the next :

And with SingleAntennaDevice will find a ModelType.

In conclusion, there is missmatch between the RadioAntenna type in the xml and nep.

It is pending to check due to below JIRA:
1- OT-64 (LS-533)
2- OT-65

As you described the gap above which has been fixed now then I imported an updated XML (2025-07-21-05.25.57_OoredooTunisia) on .102, but still the same issue:

Note: Antennas are importing but why the error is appearing?

Regarding this clear issue, the problem arises because there is no cell antenna type in the catalog matching the names imported from the XML.

Please ensure the name is updated to SingleAntennaDevice, or alternatively, add a new type to the catalog with these names MRBTS....
The validation is performed based on the name rather than the type ID.

Raised this issue under JIRA OT-33 once it will fix this issue then re-import the updated xml in NEP then check & confirm.

Now, imported updated XML and now issues has been fixed.
