Not able to create a new gNodeB item

          Description

          Not able to create a new gNodeB item - even if I greated several gNodeB Models.

          Also update de icone of gNodeB, see the attached image

            I've added the new image instead of the first one.

            We need to uncheck the 'If 1 + X Configuration' checkbox when creating an Equipment Model to obtain the desired model.

            The bug is fixed but I'm not able to close it yet. the QAOK button is missing.
