        Dear Ahad,

The issue is unclear as I did not find an identification in the server logs or the client logs. Therefore, I have added some logs and handled some exceptions to find the issue.

        Patch is needed: 3.7.1.641

Please apply the patch, then open the report. Afterward, kindly share the updated server and client logs with me for further analysis.

        Dear @Ahad Siddiqui,

After exploring the logs and the implemented logic, we have found the following:
        • There is a condition that checks whether the cabinet type is “virtual”. If the cabinet type is virtual, it will be excluded from the node cabinets report; otherwise, it will be included.

        • For example, when we check one of the cabinets in the MGW node, we see that its type is “Virtual_Cabinet,” and the virtual checkbox is checked. As a result, all cabinets of this type are left out of the report.

In conclusion, the cabinet report includes all cabinets except those with a virtual cabinet type.

        Regards,
        Mustapha Al Hage
