Dear @Khaled Khalil,
As per your suggestion, I tried applying the same value for “Area Level” (as confirmed by @Mustapha Al-Hage and available in OmanTel). However, the update is still not successful since I am unable to enter the value in the first box in front of “Area Level.”
For your reference, please find the snippets below:

Discussed with @Marwan & tried to change the value of MCC/MNC under "Actual Version" after double click on "Actual Version" in "rAN Manager" and now issue fixed. MCC/MNC value is updated under report of 2G/3G/4G cell.

Created the new JIRA instead of
LS-499and tried to fix the issue for same as discussed & suggested by @Marwan but it couldn't completed.

Analyzed the MCC/MNC logic, executed a query to resolve the area level issue, and shared the full steps with the team to update the MCC/MNC for the version and NEP preferences. Fixed a fatal error locally and am awaiting confirmation from Indrasan on whether the fatal error still occurs in `.102` before proceeding with a permanent fix.
