Dear @Khaled Khalil,
As per your suggestion, I tried applying the same value for “Area Level” (as confirmed by @Mustapha Al-Hage and available in OmanTel). However, the update is still not successful since I am unable to enter the value in the first box in front of “Area Level.”
For your reference, please find the snippets below:

Could you kindly suggest an alternate solution or help fix this issue?

After applying the changes you suggested, the MCC/MNC values have now been updated in NEP.

Kindly note that I have added the area levels directly in the database. Please restart the server and try again.
After that, I proceeded with the import, and I can confirm that the MCC and MNC values have been added correctly, as shown below.
