Dear @Khaled Khalil,
Could you please assign a NEP DEV resource to check and fix the following issue:
(I) XML File: 2025-09-17-11.04.12_Ooredoo
(II) Import Date: 17-09-2025
(III) Platform: .102
Issue Description:
Although channel bandwidths are available in the XML, an error still appears during import. All 4G cells are successfully imported in NEP, but the error persists. For reference, I am sharing an example below.

Troubleshoot the issues based on error report and create the JIRA for same and send an email to @Dr. Khaled.

Checked for patch released or not as shared by @Mustapha, requested to @Khaled to share the same, after received the latest patch requested to @Basant to deploy it on .102 and restart the server, after complete this I will start import the xml to check issue has been fixed or not?
after latest patch deployed started xml import and validated the data now it has been fixed.
