Zain KW | NEC SN not updating in nep

          Description

          Kindly align the resource for the below mentioned issue observed in Zain KW Test platform:

          It has been observed that there are “1126” SN are not coming in Nep but present at XML level.
          Pl find the attached sheet.
          Note: No error observed for the same.

            Dears, 

            As you already know, we applied a cleanup script on Zain KW on Thursday 9 October 2025. Moreover, we found a bug in the implemented logic and now it is fixed. 

            Patch is needed: 3.7.1.696
