@Manjit can u check in logs both console and server logs if anything abnormal if not create ticket LS and shafre screen shots and logs attached
Daljeet can guide u where to open report from client to reproduce , L3 will not work if we don’t provide details and LS ticket

It has been observed by telco that the client application is hanging when opening RNC and NodeB and enob B reports
So can you help to double check the issue from your side as well.
