Dear @Khaled Khalil,
Could you please assign an NEP DEV resource to investigate and fix the issue described below:
XML File: 2025-09-26-05.01.22_Ooredoo (Attached on JIRA)
Import Date: 17-10-2025
Platform: .102
Server Logs: (Attached on JIRA)
The date field is not updating in certain reports for some cases.
For reference, I have shared an example below.
Please note: The date should be updated for all data across all reports imported into NEP based on the XML input.
If the data is missing in the XML itself, it is expected not to update — this is not considered an issue.

Requested to deployed shared patch, after deployed re-import the same xml, then validate same thing in NEP, ndate is updating in almost reports except cabinets.

Reproduced the issue locally and connected to Ooredoo actual version to verify the data. Observed that the data is updated normally. Ticket rejected.

During validation find an issue and highlighted to NEP DEV with proper snap server logs.
