Cabinets Not Getting Imported In NEP_Nokia

          Description

          Dear @Khaled Khalil,

          Could you please assign a DEV resource to investigate the issue mentioned below?

          1092 cabinets of the SRAN node are not being imported into NEP, although the data is available in the XML, and the catalogue has been created in NEP based on the node/cabinet model and type as per the XML.

           Please find below a snippet for reference, using one example case of the SRAN node “MRBTS-677727”:

          NEP Snippet: (The same SRAN & cabinet type are also available in the catalogue in NEP)
