Issue Description:
Uplink bandwidth is not importing for TDD cases under the 4G Cell report, even though the required data is available in the XML.
The same data is importing correctly for all FDD cases.

There is no relevant error related to this in “Network Reports Importer”
Kindly assign a NEP DEV to analyze and resolve this issue at the earliest.

After deployed the latest NEP patch imported the same XML for Nokia RAN & now issue has been fixed.
It is also fixed for Huawei RAN.
This issue was initially observed for Nokia RAN, however the same issue is also present for Huawei RAN.
