screen sharing session with L2 and customer for RB showing blank report

We have increased the memory allocation in the Nep-Client.jnlp file by modifying the Java VM arguments. The maximum heap size (Xmx) parameter has been increased from 6 GB to 10 GB and restart the application.

We have increased the memory allocation in the NEP JNLP file and restarted the NEP client. The Java parameters have been updated as follows:

I have restarted the KK prod because it was running since two days and rb not completed .

checking the issue, checked the jnlp for memory size checked logs vm memory error checking code needs to chnage working on it

worked on changing implementation by not loading data full only lazy loading at tab click

worked on implementation changes completed working fine at local but no large data available for testing

checked cannot test it doesnt have large data opening at local releasing for test on test server

we have triggered the RB on kk prod and shared logs

we have deployed NEP patch on .177

RB triggered and monitoring the output and console logs and discussion with L3 and integration team to apply full delivery on test

checked the issue related to jackson shifted the code in backend dao...also checked the default tab opening load report

rb not showing in all prod after patch 575, analysis and call with customer

validation of patch 579 on test and prod
