Kindly review the issue detailed below. This appears to be a recurrence of the problem we encountered earlier, which you had previously identified as related to table space. However, the same issue is happening again. Please recheck, and if necessary, we may need to involve the NEP DEV team for further investigation and resolution.
Issue Summary:
1- I initiated an XML import (file: 2025-07-21-05.25.57_OoredooTunisia) on server .102. After some time, a "connection refused" error appeared. When I attempted to reconnect after five minutes, the connection was restored, and the following screen was displayed.
2- Upon editing the value of "Updated by importer" to either True or False, the changes were saved successfully within the same version. This indicates that the import process was, in fact, completed.
3- However, upon checking the updated date in the SRAN report, the date displayed is still the old one.
4- I also reviewed the error report, which shows that an error was generated during the process.

Dear Team,
While checking the logs, we observed and found fatal error during import. Following this, we restarted the server.
We will monitor the system for some time and provide an update accordingly.
