Please align resource to check the issue of IT API process is not ending, getting below error message.

working on issue ls-618 found the root cause still need to add permanent fix

Checked the API status on all OPCOS then take followup for vpn and get it resolve vpn issue. Also checked the log, during log check found IT API process didn't end then followup with L3 and work with them and provided required information to them.
