Description
the issue here in the requests on production,
after completing the proceed with gpon task,
the request hang on design in progress and the solution acceptance task is not created,
I have created the same request on staging platform .179 and it's working fine on staging,( request 172217 )
I have compared the date of processes all is same in prod and staging.
Please advise,

In the production logs, I found that the issue was internal to Flowable. The process was blocking the execution from completing the human task PROCEED_WITH_GPON.
I have modified the design while respecting the mentioned business rules and scenario. After testing on the staging environment, the issue does not exist.
Please test on the production platform after deploying the updated process version
