      End user is updating the SLA Cong from the service account report and team are now asking to be reflected automatically to the node and to be matched with CE Custom report as well based on Service account.

        The customer is insisting to also have the same update of SLA account details in custom NE Report – so we will update only the one account available in this report.

        @khaled , Marwan would need to know the process followed for service account to Routers so that he can make this update once this is triggered.

        This topic was already discussed with L3 and we agreed to use the new report Service Account NE Association

        Below ticket for reference LS-519
        Deduce accounts details of custom NE from Service Account automatically

        Also same is mentioned in tracker - I will update her on that thread and we can suggest if we shall hide that field from custom NE report to avoid any confusion
        48 automatically allign custom NE report with Service Account report IP Issue Ls-519 AlAnoud Closed 30-7 Custom NE was designed earlier to get one account and manually , the new report Service Account NE Association should be consulted as it is building this association automatically, plus a new patch was released to fix a bug found during validation
        14- Aug new CR required due to dependency
        21- to confirm closure with Al Anoud As patch applied for sync with new report

        Kindly note that the edit behavior has now been implemented and will be available in Patch 3.7.0.1435.

        Furthermore, significant optimization has been applied to both the create and edit processes.
