Could you please assign a NEP DEV resource to investigate the issue described below?
Details:
• XML File: 2025-10-03-10.37.53_Ooredoo (attached on JIRA)
• Import Date: 06-10-2025
• Platform: .102
• Server Logs: Attached on JIRA
Issue Description:
4G cells are not being imported into NEP, although the required data is available in the XML file.
For example, this issue has been observed on node LNBTS-515801.

Fix the catalogue related issue, reimport the same XML, validate the data, now issue is fixed.

Dear @Indrasan Yadav,
It’s quite clear that the model type should be checked in such cases to verify whether it supports TDD. After reviewing the catalog, I found the TDD flag for model SRAN NSN set to “false,” corrected it, and reimported successfully without any issue.

As you suggested, after deployed the latest patch I reimported the same XML and found the same error.

Requested to integration to deploy the latest patch on .102 then reimported the same XML on .102 and revalidate the data still issue is persist. shared feedback to Marwan over an email.

Based on error report troubleshoot the issue and raised to NEP DEV.

Identified the issue from the logs — it was a fatal error previously encountered and resolved in
LS-706.Performed an import verification to ensure everything was functioning correctly.
Requested Indrasan to send an email update regarding the issue and its resolution.
