The server logs show that the approval of financial requests was triggered during the FR sync process. This caused the financial data to be overwritten by the synchronization.
Dear Manjit,
Could you please check the current FR sync trigger time and advise whether it can be advanced to prevent this from occurring again?

Please find my observations below regarding the shard test cases:

• IT Asset – The issue was not reproducible locally. After modifying the serial number of the IT Asset and triggering FR sync, a new record was correctly inserted into the Unmapped report.
• Active Node – Similarly, I was able to modify the serial number of a different node, and the changes were accurately reflected in the Unmapped/FR report.
• Status Flag Column – Please note that this attribute is calculated based on the asset’s last XML update date, which differs from the change date attribute. Manual updates to the asset do not affect the XML update date column. The status is marked as “Decommissioned” when no XML import has been performed for that asset in the last 14 days.
• Sync Date Attribute – I found that the sync date attribute from FR report was not being updated after the latest patch. This has now been fixed, will be released in patch 3.7.1.704.

Few issue left will be taken care by internal ticket
